Regular short sessions produce a much stronger effect than rare long training sessions. That is why the workbook format is ideal for daily practice at home without special preparation.

14 days of engaging neurostimulation for children and adults. Each day includes 3 exercises designed to activate different areas of the brain and develop interhemispheric interaction, attention, coordination, memory, motor skills, and learning ability. The exercises require only 5–15 minutes per day. Young children can easily complete the exercises together with parents, grandparents, or a nanny, while older children can practice independently, treating the exercises as fun challenges and gradually increasing the level of difficulty.

Almost all exercises can be:

Simplified enough for children aged 3–4 years;

Made more challenging for teenagers and adults by adding motor, vocal-verbal, and cognitive elements.

Most materials are easy to find at home or can be replaced with everyday objects.


Required

  • A printer for printing the materials;
  • 2 pencils for some exercises.

Additional materials and replacement options

  • Balance board can be replaced with a pillow or a folded blanket.
  • Balance beam / balance line can be replaced with: a belt placed on the floor or a strip of colored tape on the floor.
  • Kinesiology ball can be replaced with a small soft toy or any small ball.

The main goal is not perfect equipment, but consistency and enjoyment of the process.

After purchase, you will receive an email with access to the intensive in your personal account on the website (access is valid for 3 months).
